Today was a good run.

I love how runs can ebb and flow. Crappy one now good one in 3 weeks. Here is what I have been upto for the last few weeks:

Today I ran a good 20 miler, well except for the whole peeing blood, yea it was a great run. 20 @8:44.
Friday - 10 miles of hills
Tuesday - 10 miles
Sunday 2/5- 7 miles
2/4 - 12 miles (I just didn't want to run 16 so there!)
